Why does dispatch take 4-7 working days?
Orders are picked and packed at our Basildon studio and dispatched within 4-7 working days on a tracked UK courier service. Delivery costs £9.95, and is free on orders over £180.00. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. Coats are folded with tissue over the shoulders and shipped in a recyclable box; capes and down styles are compressed for transit and will need an hour on a hanger to recover their shape.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@masolimi.shop as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. Coats are drafted with 8 to 22cm of ease over your body measurement depending on style, because they are worn over other clothes. Our fit model is 178cm in a UK 10. Suede runs closest to the body and should not be sized down; boxy wool overshirts are cut deliberately wide. Every product page lists flat chest, shoulder, sleeve and back length.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for coat-making and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?
See our materials. Each product page also lists the fibre for that style.

Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

How long do I have?
28 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Care
How do I look after a MASO coat?
See the care guide. It depends on the cloth, and each product page states the specific instruction. Wool coats, jackets and capes are dry clean only — once or twice a season is plenty — with brushing and 24 hours on a broad hanger doing most of the work in between. Cotton gabardine trenches machine wash cold at 30°C on a gentle cycle with a mild non-biological detergent, no softener, no tumble drying; hang damp and iron on the reverse. Suede is specialist clean only: protect it before first wear, brush the nap back after rain, and never put it near water or a machine. Down coats wash cool on a down programme with a down-specific wash and must be tumble dried low with dryer balls until no damp clumps remain, otherwise the fill sets in lumps.
