These terms govern your use of masolimi.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
masolimi.shop is operated by MASO LIMITED, company number 17274359, registered in England and Wales, registered office 4 Capricorn Centre, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, SS14 3JJ, United Kingdom.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). MASO LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Batch and colour variation
Our coats are cut from natural and blended cloth in defined batches. Wool absorbs dye unevenly by nature, so the same colour name can read marginally warmer or cooler between one cutting batch and the next, and suede varies further again in nap, grain and depth from skin to skin. Flat measurements are taken by hand and can differ from the published figure by up to 1.5cm. Screen calibration also affects how oat, fog grey and moss appear. These variations are inherent to the materials and are not treated as defects, but if a coat arrives and the colour is not what you expected, our 28-day returns policy covers it in full. Dispatch takes 4-7 working days.
5. Availability and pricing errors
Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Your personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
