The Larkspur suede shirt jacket is cut and finished in 100% goat suede and finished in peat brown. cut in our Basildon studio and held in stock in the sizes shown.
How the coat is put together
100% goat suede. Front edges and collars are interlined so the lapel rolls instead of creasing. Shoulders are set with a sleeve head where the cloth is heavy enough to need one, so the sleeve falls clean rather than collapsing. Bodies are fully lined in a smooth woven lining with a pleat at the centre back for movement, and the lining hem is left free so it can be replaced years from now. Pockets are bagged in a hard-wearing twill and bar-tacked at both corners. Buttons are sewn with a shank so they sit through thick cloth without dragging, and every coat leaves with a spare. On down styles the quilting channels are stitched before filling so the fill cannot migrate along the panel.
Care
Specialist leather clean only. Never machine wash. Blot spills immediately, dry away from direct heat, and revive the nap with a suede brush.
